Profometer Rebar Diameter and Cover Meters

The PM8000 Profometer Rebar Diameter and Cover Meters are advanced tools used for locating and assessing rebars in concrete structures. The sensor can detect individual rebars, measure concrete cover at depths up to 7.3 inches, and estimate rebar diameters with high accuracy. It connects to an Apple iPad via Bluetooth, allowing for instant cloud-based data sharing.

The Profometer app provides visualizations of rebars, dowels, live wires, and more, with advanced features like augmented reality and area scan heat maps. The sensor, mounted on a wheeled cart, allows for continuous rolling during scans but can also be detached for handheld use.

The Profometer app requires a software license, with the premium version offering comprehensive measurement modes, correction features, and advanced visualizations. The basic version has limited features but includes essential functionalities. Both licenses operate on a subscription model, with the initial purchase including a five-year subscription.

Profometer Basic includes a 5-year basic software license and is capable of cover and diameter spot measurement, line scan, neighbouring rebar correction, advanced statistics, access to the online Workspace, and CSV and URL data exporting.

Profometer Pro includes a 5-year premium software license and has all the capabilities of the Basic model plus additional features, such as area scan, heatmaps, augmented reality heatmaps, DBV statistics, and the ability to export data in DXF.

NOTE: After the five-year initial subscription period, Profometer Basic or Premium Software License must be renewed in order to use the functionality of the Profometer app.
