FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
March 9, 2023 Calgary, AB: Measur, a leading provider of construction materials testing equipment, has announced a new partnership with COMMAND Center, a pioneer in concrete temperature and maturity monitoring. The partnership will bring to the Canadian market a groundbreaking system that employs small, self-powered sensors placed in fresh concrete that automatically measure temperature data at predetermined intervals and store data internally. Data is retrieved from the sensors and analyzed with free COMMAND Center software, which can display temperature and temperature differential data, automatically provide calibrated maturity curves based on break data entered by the user, and calculate and display maturity and corresponding strength data of in-place concrete as it cures.
The system is easy to install and use. Users can share concrete temperature and maturity data immediately from the field, allowing them to make informed decisions about construction schedules and ensure the quality of their work.
"We are excited to partner with COMMAND Center to bring this innovative monitoring system to the Canadian market," said Denon Wilgosh, Vice President of Materials Testing at Measur. "By combining our expertise in materials testing solutions with COMMAND Center's industry-leading technology, we are able to offer best-in-class support and solutions for contractors and concrete professionals looking to increase productivity and save money."
The system is designed to be highly adaptable and customizable, allowing users to tailor it to their specific needs and requirements. With the ability to monitor multiple concrete placements at once, users can optimize their construction schedules, saving time and money.
"We're very excited to work with one of Canada's leading materials testing equipment suppliers to better serve our existing Canadian customers and expand our existing market there even further. We see tremendous opportunities in Canada, and we're looking forward to bringing the COMMAND Center system capabilities to even more of Canada's construction sector". - said Matt Pittman, Product Manager at COMMAND Center.
